Welcome to Revvo Marketplace — Lesotho's Car Parts Marketplace

Revvo Marketplace connects scrapyards, parts retailers, and mechanics with buyers across Lesotho. This page outlines everything you need to know as a seller on our platform.

Who Can Sell

Any individual, scrapyard, or business based in Lesotho with legitimate ownership of automotive parts can register as a seller. You must be 18 or older, complete identity verification, and agree to our full Seller Terms and Conditions.

Listing Your Parts

All listings must include accurate photos of the actual part, the vehicle make, model and year it fits, the part condition (New, Used Good, Used Fair, or Refurbished), and a fair price in Lesotho Maloti. Stock images are not allowed — buyers must see the real part.

You are responsible for keeping your listings up to date. If a part sells through another channel such as a walk-in customer, you must remove it from the platform immediately. Repeated failure to do this resulting in buyer complaints will lead to account warnings and suspension.

Payments

Buyers pay securely at checkout via M-Pesa, EcoCash or Credit/Debit Card. Your payment is held in escrow for 3 days after successful collection or delivery. If no dispute is raised within 48 hours, payment is released directly to your registered mobile money number. Revvo deducts commission before releasing payment.

Commission

Revvo Marketplace is completely free to join and free to sell on until September 2026 — no listing fees, no commission, no hidden charges. From October 2026, a flat 8% commission applies per completed sale. You will receive at least 30 days notice before this takes effect.

Returns and Disputes

If a buyer receives a wrong or faulty part, they have 48 hours from collection or delivery to report it with photo evidence. You will be notified immediately and must respond within 24 hours. You are required to either replace the part or issue a full refund. If you do not respond, Revvo Marketplace will issue the refund from your held payment. Sellers who consistently misrepresent parts will be suspended.

Conduct

Sellers must respond to buyer enquiries within 24 hours, treat buyers with respect, and never attempt to conduct transactions outside the platform. Off-platform transactions discovered by Revvo Marketplace result in immediate account suspension.
