These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Revvo Marketplace, operated by Basotho Collective (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 102416), accessible at basothocollective.co.ls. By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Revvo Marketplace

Revvo Marketplace is Lesotho's dedicated online automotive car parts marketplace. We connect buyers — mechanics, panel beaters, and vehicle owners — with sellers including scrapyards, parts retailers, and individuals with legitimate parts to sell. Basotho Collective is the marketplace operator, not the seller of any listed parts.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may register as a buyer, a seller. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. Accounts found to contain false information will be suspended.

3. Buyers

Buyers may search, browse, and purchase automotive parts listed by verified sellers. All purchases are protected by the Revvo Marketplace Buyer Guarantee. Buyers must raise disputes within 48 hours of collection or delivery through the platform order history. Buyers must not attempt to transact outside the platform or abuse the dispute system. 4. Sellers

Sellers must list parts accurately with real photos, correct condition grading, compatible vehicle information, and honest pricing. Sellers must keep listings updated and remove parts immediately when sold through other channels. Sellers must fulfil confirmed orders and respond to buyer enquiries within 24 hours. 5. Payments & Escrow

All transactions on Revvo Marketplace are processed via M-Pesa or EcoCash. Buyer payments are held in escrow for 3 days after confirmed collection or delivery. If no dispute is raised within 48 hours, payment is released to the seller automatically. Basotho Collective deducts applicable commission before releasing payment to sellers.

6. Commission

Revvo Marketplace is free to list and free to sell until September 2026. From October 2026, a commission of 8% applies per completed sale. Sellers will receive at least 30 days notice before commission takes effect. Commission is deducted automatically before payment release.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Revvo Marketplace: listing stolen, counterfeit, or unsafe parts; conducting transactions outside the platform to avoid commission; creating false listings or fraudulent reviews; abusive behaviour towards other users or platform staff; using the platform for any purpose other than buying and selling legitimate automotive parts.

8. Dispute Resolution

Buyers must raise disputes through the platform within 48 hours of collection or delivery. Sellers must respond within 24 hours of notification. If unresolved within 48 hours, Revvo Marketplace will make a final binding decision based on evidence provided. Revvo Marketplace reserves the right to withhold or refund payments based on this determination.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and design belong to Basotho Collective (Pty) Ltd. Sellers grant Revvo Marketplace a non-exclusive licence to display their listing content for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

10. Limitation of Liability

Revvo Marketplace is a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or fitness of parts listed by sellers; losses arising from parts that fail after installation; delays in collection or delivery arranged between buyer and seller; or disputes arising from transactions conducted outside the platform.

11. Termination

Revvo Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these Terms. In cases of fraud, accounts may be suspended immediately and payments withheld pending investigation.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified via the platform and WhatsApp at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Lesotho courts.
